    Reality finally prevails. Are all those with a vested interest (estate agents, lenders, investors etc) going to continue peddling the lie that everything is rosy, as we watch the housing market teetering on a cliff edge? Is anyone going to fall for the new first-time buyer’s scheme, only find themselves with an overpriced property in a falling market and a mortgage they can’t afford due to rising interest rates? Here comes another negative equity/ repossession epidemic. Will we ever learn?
